Daily is a journal for your Sudarshan Kriya practice on WhatsApp. Here's what we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we keep
- Your full name, email and WhatsApp number, from the joining form.
- What you share with Daily after your Kriya: your messages, and the text of your voice notes.
- The days you practised, so we can count your streak.
Why
- To reply to you, keep your journal and count your streak.
- To send the reminders you choose: on WhatsApp, by email, or in your calendar.
Who else sees it
We never sell your information or use it for advertising. To run Daily we use a few trusted services: WhatsApp (Meta) to send and receive messages, a secure database to store your journal, an email service to send emails, and a speech-to-text service to turn voice notes into text. Voice note recordings aren't kept, only their text.
Deleting your data
Message Daily on WhatsApp: delete my data. Daily will ask you to confirm, then permanently delete your details and your whole journal.
Stopping messages
Message Daily reminders off at any time, or simply stop replying.
